Psalm 51:4

Psalm 51:4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.

KJV

Does this verse sound a little awkward to your inner being? You have sinned against so many people on Earth. How can the Psalmist - inspired by God - be confident while writing down that he has sinned against God and God alone?

Well, he sure must have been if he would have meditated on these words from God. Each of us, made in God's image, commits sins that become a reflection of the sin we commit against God's commandment to love one another and to do unto others what you would have them do unto you. What a blessed soul that trusts in the judgement of His Creator.

If God did not want robots, how did He make man and women different without hardwiring?

Are we essentially cyborgs, then? Or are we just going to implode into the next generation of fields of science that we have yet to embark upon so far?

Here are my observations based on what written record we have from history that answers these questions:

  1. A man or a woman is an image of God.
  2. In Christ Jesus, you are all children of God through faith.
  3. All baptized in the name of Christ have clothed yourselves in Christ. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
  4. The distinct qualities of manhood and womanhood complement and not duplicate each other. As is written, "A man will leave his father and mother and united with his wife will become one flesh".

Therefore, let us embrace and celebrate our unique identities, as they are a testament to the creative power and wisdom of our God Almighty.
